Watching and Eating..what else do i need?

The weekend is approaching. For me this weekend going to be two days of struggling to conclude.Need to finish doing conclusion for propa. A little bit lost and blur in writing it.Got to find some inspiration and motivation.Hopefully the conclusion will be finish before monday. Need to get rid the lazyness for a while.huhu.

Last night download and watch forgetting sarah marshall.its a good movie. Hillarious and romance. It's a about a composer who got dumped by a superstar hollywood actress. He tried so hard to forget her and went to hawai for holiday.Unfortunately, his ex girlfriend also went there with her new boyfriend, a rock star.to make thing worse, he got a suite next to her.

'Mutton'.Currently me and my friends eat a lot of mutton this few days. We already aware that mutton is quite risky especially for the high blood pressure but we just cannot ignore the temptation of the mutton taste.I already eat 3 times this week.Need to slow down for a while.Next week planning for a camping. And for sure there will be more mutton there. maybe switch to little one say lamb.but all just the same.risky.

Mutton Curry recipe (for those who want to try..invite me pleaseeeee)

Mutton or Lamb - 1.5 lbs(approx.), cut into big pieces
Cinnamon - i small piece
Cloves - 3
Big onion - 1, chopped finely
Green chillies - 3, slit
Curry leaves - one sprig
Garlic - 8 to 10 cloves
Ginger - 1 piece
Coriander powder - 3 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder - 1 tsp
Tomato - 1 medium, chopped
Potatoes - 1, optional
Salt - to taste
Cilantro - 1/4 bunch
Oil - 2 tbsp

Heat oil in a pressure cooker(or any heavy bottomed vessel), and add cinnamon and cloves. After a minute, add onions, green chillies and cook until onions are translucent. Make a coarse paste of garlic and ginger and add it to the cooker. Stir occasionally and cook until the raw smell disappears. Add curry leaves and all the dry masala powder. Cook for a couple of minutes. Add mutton and salt. Stir fry on a high flame until all the masala is coated on the mutton pieces. Add tomatoes, and potatoes if using. Add 1/2 cup of water(or more if you are not pressure cooking). Bring it a boil, cover the cooker, and cook until done. Cooking time varies depending on the cooking vessel you use. Garnish with chopped cilantro. Serve with rice or chapathi.
